TSALALH DEVELOPMENT LP
The Tsalalh Development LP functions as the operational hub of our organization, housing the General Manager's office at the Lil’tem’ Mountain Hotel and the staff office at 100 Whitecap Road. The General Manager operates from this LP, collaborating closely with our administrative staff and supervising the operations of other businesses under the Tsalalh Development Corporation.
TDC CONTRACT MANAGEMENT LP
TDC's Contract Management LP functions as a contracting supply company, offering labor, equipment, and supplies to BC Hydro, contractors, and various other enterprises rendering services within the Tsal'alh and St'at'imc Territories.
The Security Guard Business under TDC Contract Management LP is licensed to deliver security guard services across British Columbia, with a designated business number of B6108.
Additionally, the Gravel Pit Business operated by TDC Contract Management LP manages a gravel pit and supplies aggregates for road maintenance and other relevant projects as needed. Furthermore, the Traffic Control Services division of TDC Contract Management LP provides comprehensive traffic control services across the area and beyond.
TDC Contract Management LP also possesses a fleet of heavy equipment available for rent, suitable for a diverse range of projects. The current inventory of equipment within this LP includes:

- 2005 International 3000 gallon Water Truck with sprayer attachment
- 410 Case Skid Steer

TDC possesses multiple properties in the regions of Lillooet, Shalalth, and Seton Portage, available for short-term or long-term lease. Some of these properties comprise:
- LAKESIDE CABINS / 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 located on Shalalth Drive, on the shores of Seton Lake in Shalalth, BC.
- COUPLAND HOUSE/ Located on Shalalth Drive, on the shores of Seton Lake in Shalalth, BC.
- KAOHAM / 1 & 2 located on Shalalth Drive in Shalalth, BC.
- BLUE MODULAR HOUSE / Located at 6885 Seton Portage Road in Seton Portage, BC.
- HOPPER HOUSE / Located at 70 Edwards Road in Seton Portage, BC.
- WHITECAP CABINS / 2, 3 & 4 located at Whitecap Road in Seton Portage, BC.

The Lil'tem' Mountain Hotel opened for business on March 14, 2016 and is located at 6757 Seton Portage Road in Seton Portage, BC.
