TDC possesses multiple properties in the regions of Lillooet, Shalalth, and Seton Portage, available for short-term or long-term lease. Some of these properties comprise:
- LAKESIDE CABINS / 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 located on Shalalth Drive, on the shores of Seton Lake in Shalalth, BC.
- COUPLAND HOUSE/ Located on Shalalth Drive, on the shores of Seton Lake in Shalalth, BC.
- KAOHAM / 1 & 2 located on Shalalth Drive in Shalalth, BC.
- WHITECAP CABINS / 2, 3 & 4 located at Whitecap Road in Seton Portage, BC.
- LILLOOET TOWNHOUSE / Located at #4 - 11th Avenue in Lillooet, BC.
