TDC possesses multiple properties in the regions of Lillooet, Shalalth, and Seton Portage, available for short-term or long-term lease. Some of these properties comprise:

  • LAKESIDE CABINS / 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 located on Shalalth Drive, on the shores of Seton Lake in Shalalth, BC.
  • COUPLAND HOUSE/ Located on Shalalth Drive, on the shores of Seton Lake in Shalalth, BC.
  • KAOHAM / 1 & 2 located on Shalalth Drive in Shalalth, BC.
  • WHITECAP CABINS / 2, 3 & 4 located at Whitecap Road in Seton Portage, BC.
  • LILLOOET TOWNHOUSE / Located at #4 - 11th Avenue in Lillooet, BC.

LIL'TEM' MOUNTAIN HOTEL LP

The Lil'tem' Mountain Hotel opened for business on March 14, 2016 and is located at 6757 Seton Portage Road in Seton Portage, BC.
