Our Corporate Structure

In 2010, the Tsalalh Development Corporation initiated a challenging journey towards restructuring its operations. Over the course of the next five years, the Board of Directors steadfastly pursued this mission. In July 2016, their dedication culminated in the successful legal restructuring of the Tsalalh Development Corporation. Subsequently, in February 2017, the Tsalalh Government took a significant step by appointing a fresh Board of Directors. This strategic move marked a new chapter in the corporation's evolution, as it continued to adapt and develop in response to the changing landscape of its industry and the broader economic context.
