In 2010, the Tsalalh Development Corporation embarked on a very difficult task of restructuring. In 2015, the Board of Directors continued with this task and in July 2016, the legal restructure of the Tsalalh Development Corporation was accomplished. See the diagram below to learn how the company is now structured. In February 2017 the Tsalalh Governmet appointed a new Board of Directors.
